****AFTERNOON SURF UP-DATE****
Hello again surfers and time for the news on todays surfing and weather conditions here on the holiday island of Bali.
This mornings surf check on the Outer Reefs was showing a significant decrease in wave height between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Actual wave height is down in the 2-3ft+ range with Middle Reef picking up the bigger set waves. Kuta Reef still had some perfectly shaped peelers in the shoulder to head high range on the morning high tide. There were also some nice little beach breaks up along the Kuta to Legian stretch for the learners. No doubt we’ll have more photos from Hendra and his Photograhy Team later this evening for a look at how it was down on the Bukit.
Surfing conditions have been perfect today with the ESE-SE off-shore Tradewind kicking in early
Tidal info is saying that we had a 2.1mtr High @ 7.30am and then a Low of 0.7mtrs @ 2.00pm
Weather wise here in Tuban there’s hardly been a cloud in the sky all with a midday top temperature of around 33 degree’s Celsius.
Swell Forecast; The charts are calling for wave height to remain in the 4-6ft+ range, depending on location through till next Wednesday. Then will be dropping back into the 2-4ft range through Thursday and Friday. Further out there is another solid swell coming up the Indian Ocean out of the SW that should start to show on Saturday / Sunday. Waves galore as usual here in Bali.
We also had another photo delivery from our friends at the G-land Surf Camp last night and you’ll find those on our G-land report page.
Have a good one and make sure you stick it out with the one and only original Bali surf report website.
Thanks
Slim
