Kandui Surf Resort,  18th July Surf report

Another fun one out here at Kandui Resort today.  We saw a small drop in the swell size, but still overhead at most spots.  We started the day out at Beng Beng and with no-one out and no wind, the conditions were ripe.  Everyone had a great time and got plenty of waves and as the second Kandui boat arrived we headed back for an early lunch.   It was a quick one and we got to Ebay with only two people in the water, the winds works well with us and the sets were clean.  We had been watching the sun in an effort to catch Hideaways like we did the day before and to our amazement the spot was empty as well!  The set waves came in well over head and the guests sitting deep got pitted!  We were spent and as the second boat rounded the corner we came back for a nice 4 bobs session.   The other boat pulled a marathon Beng Beng then Hideaways session and many returned with no arms and huge grins.  We’ll see what the next few days bring a we anticipate the next swell to come mid week.
