****AFTERNOON SURF UP-DATE****
G’Day folks, yeah I’m finally back here in Bali. Now that I’ve had my 3 weeks R & R for the year I should be good to go for the next one.
Not much surf happening here on the Outer Reefs of Tuban today. As flight GA:715 from Sydney lined up Bali’s run way yesterday afternoon I could see that wave height was only in the 4-6″ range between Kuta Reef and Airport left. And this morning with a 1.8mtr High tide peaking at 9.00AM there was no change in wave size.
Wind direction this morning was light off-shore here along the West Coast, coming out of the ENE @ 1-3knot. Even now @ 5.00PM there’s barely a breath of wind.
Ok I don’t need to tell ya’s that I’ve got a heap of catch up work to do, not too mention I’ve probably got 100 or so email in the old in-box. No worries things should get back to normal here on the baliwaves.com real soon. In the mean time for today here’s a load of photos taken down at Uluwatu over the last few days I was away. Just before I sign out I just wanna say G’Day to all my friends in Australia that I didn’t get the chance to catch up with while over there in the Lucky Country.
If it’s clean safe and friendly accommodation here in Tuban only 300mtrs back from the Outer Reefs, including A/C, hot water, refridgerator & TV for US$15.00 (Rp150,000) per night (single) or US$18.00 (Rp180,000) for a couple and US$25.00 (Rp250,000) twin share. Then drop me an email.
We are also now sending out brief random surf reports and ravings through Twitter mobile phone service so sign up today !
Glad to be back
