BALI
18th May 2014
Hello everyone and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (the original since 1999) for our Sunday Session on surfing and weather conditions from right here of course on the always in season tropical surfing holiday island of Bali.
Ok so you already read what I wrote in this mornings surf report about wave height having dropped off quite a bit over night and down to 2-3ft on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban. Ok so with that info we made our way down to Uluwatu to catch the rising tide. Arriving at 9.00AM to find there were still some nice sized 3-4 footers breaking on the Main Peak and Temple’s. Surfing conditions were clean and glassy with the wind trying hard to turn fully off shore but not quite getting there while we were on location through until 2.00PM.
Weather wise it ended up turning into another classic Bali day at the beach, hot and sunny with just a few clouds on the drift.
The news from Keramas this morning was that wave height had also dropped right away and down into the 1-2ft+ range.
Today’s G-Land surf report from Joyo’s G-Land Surf Camp was calling wave height in at 3-5ft on Moneytree’s with clean and tidy surfing conditions.
Thinking of getting over to Joyo’s G-Land surf camp for some perfect waves this season ? Just hit this contact us link and baliwaves.com will hand you a 10% discount for your next G-Land surfing adventure, as simple as that.
