Anneke Fitrianti, a Volcom Ambassador, is originally from Bandung but is now based in the art-centric city of Yogyakarta. She started tattooing at a young age, and finally committed herself to open her own studio “Petrichor Tattoo” (Yogyakarta) in 2011. It’s not everyday you find a female tattooist in Indonesia, that’s why she gained remarkable popularity since her studio opening.
Anneke caught our attention via Rolling Stone Magazine. She’s not only gorgeous and talented, but her dedication and passion for art aligns perfectly with what Volcom stands for…”True To This”.
In partnership with Volcom, we look forward to Anneke collaborating with us across design, art, social media, and special events. In pursuit of creative liberation as we call it.
This coming Saturday, September 19th 2015, Anneke will give out tattoos at the Volcom store in Kuta Square. See store for more details.
On Sunday, September 20th 2015, she will give out free tattoos at Volcom’s surf film premiere, Psychic Migrations at The Straw Hut, Seminyak.
Volcom was founded in 1991 on the belief that there is a higher level of consciousness to be found within one’s self through the internal and external journeys that board-sports, music, art and film provide. The company prides itself on making quality apparel, outerwear, footwear and accessories that not only exemplify the lifestyle, but also enhance the ability to live it. By being the first to combine surfing, skating and snowboarding under one brand from inception a new future was forged and a generation of liberation was born. For over two decades Volcom has been TRUE TO THIS… the quest for Spiritual Intoxication. For more information, please visit http://www.volcom.com.
