Back-to-back Rip Curl GromSearch events set to rock Asia this weekend

After crisscrossing the Indonesian archipelago from West Java to Sumbawa in search of the country’s most promising young surfers, the Rip Curl GromSearch is going Asia-wide, with back-to-back regional contests in Thailand and Bali this weekend.
Round 3 of Oakley Tag Team Challenge at “Gado-Gado” Beach Seminyak

Round 3 of the Oakley Tag Team Challenge was completed yesterday at “Gado-Gado” Beach in Seminyak with the Seminyak team posting the highest score of the morning, a whopping 48.65 points, over runner up Legian, who even though they had a 5 point penalty assessed for failing to step over the line into their box before time was called, still racked up a respectable 39.20 (after penalty) points.
Medewi and Legian Post Top Scores in Round 2 of Oakley Tag Team Challenge

The Medewi Boardriders team posted the top score of 44.10 points yesterday in Round 2 of the Oakley Tag Team Challenge at Legian Beach to assure their advancement to Round 3, with the Legian team just behind them with 37.70 points.
