Yesterday the 31st and we thought we’d head up the coast and fly in under the radar for some waves. Arriving just after 7am to find wave height in the head to just about double head high class with a light and clean off shore wind. Crowd wise it was also pretty good with only around 25 surfers in the water and by the time we finished our session there would have only been maybe 10. It was pretty good but when the ESE Trade wind kicked in hard around 9.30AM it totally blew it out just leaving a chopped up mess. We were in and out with another successful strike mission under our belt.

Weather wise as it shows in most of the photos was mostly cloudy and dull and even a few drops of rain here and there.

Today the 1st of June and we thought we might have found a little fun wave down at Balangan this morning but not to be. Wave height down there was only just in the 1-1ft+ range and the surf schools were lapping up the perfect conditions.

Weather wise today it’s around 50% cloud sun ration and right now at 1.08pm the temperature is sitting on 29 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is at 76% and UV index on 5. The wind has and still is blowing hard outta the ESE with gusts up to 37km/h.

The next tide will be a 0.4mtr Low at 3.04pm and we will see a Full Moon rise tomorrow night.

Tomorrows surf forecast is showing a small bump in wave height but hopefully we might see some half decent waves. Expect the wind to be light off shore early and gradually getting stronger through out the morning.
