Ok so as it shows in today's photo gallery wave hbeight was still right down in the 1-2ft range at best. With the ESE-SE Trade wind up early we didn't have too many options available to us but at least where we went it wasn't crowded. Not until we packed it in for breakfast anyway.

Weather wise it was anpther classic Bali holiday type of day with loads of blue sky, but I will admit the water was a bit cooler this morning.

Bali Travel Tip
Mosquitoes are a real worry and do not descriminate between 5 star Hotels or your humble Guest House, so be smart!

This one is very important especially if you want to have a good nights sleep and not be worried about mosquito born diseases. After checking into your accommodation take a walk to the nearest warung (if you can find one) or mini mart and purchase a can of insect spray and some personal insect repellent. Before you go out for lunch or dinner make sure you put on some personal repellent, especially on your exposed legs. Then spray your room and go out for awhile. Also make sure you keep your room door shut, only open it to enter or exit so no mosquitoes can let themselves in. The total cost for the mosquito protection will be under Rp30,000 so do yourself a favor and be mosquito smart in Bali.
