Today was a Canggu day today, with Ketut & crew getting up early and heading up there and finding fun 3-4ft offshore conditions. The weather is still overcast and a bit rainy, so the photos are a bit grainy. Today was also Melasti Ceremony day, a purification ritual held a few days before Nyepi – which is on this coming Saturday.
It’s coming up to 2:00pm in Bali and the temp is 31 degrees, humidity is at 69% and the wind is 7kph from the west now. We’re coming up to 1.2m low tide at 2:20pm. Tomorrow we have a morning high of 1.9m at 9:46am, and a low of 0.9m at 3:06pm.
The surf forecast has eased off as predicted and the swell is looking good for early tomorrow morning, it looks like the wind is holding until later on Friday now. And fortunately the swell is looking small for Nyepi day :)
If you are heading over don’t forget to drop us a line about surf trips or accommodation! Ketut has been scooting a few guests around to the pick of the spots :)
Thanks again for all your continued support and messages, it’s great to see some donations continuing to come through. You can continue to support Slims family via the Gofundme page.
