****MORNING SURF UP-DATE****
Hello to everyone tuning into the baliwaves.com today and you have come to the right place if it’s Bali surfing and weather information your looking for. These latest photos we have for you today are courtesy of our good friends Hendra and his photography team down at Uluwatu. These guys take their photography serious I tell ya’s.
This mornings surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was indeed showing a slight bump in wave height with 2-3 footers consistantly peeling off on Middle Reef. With the tide still running out at the time Kuta Reef and Airport Lefts were still in need of more water over the reef. So by mid morning there should also be a few fun sized waves on those sections. At 7.30am this morning there was a pretty mellow crew of around 8 surfers already in the water on Middle’s.
Surfing conditions; Again today the waves are being buffeted by a 15-18knot ESE-SE off-shore Tradewind. So the best conditiions will be found down along the Bukit at the cliff protected locations. Bingin would have a few mechanical tubes spinning off on the Low tide, as would Uluwatu’s racetrack section. Later as the tide fill’s in Balangan could have a few. And everyone know’s Uluwatu would be the pick of the litter with more size and power on the Main Peak and Temple sections.
Tidal info for today is saying we had a 0.5mtr Low @ 8.00am and then she’ll be coming back up for a 2.1mtr High around 2.0opm.
Weather conditions here in the Tuban / Kuta area started off with a clear blue sky but now @ 9.00am we are getting a little bit of cloud moving across. Temperature wise it’ll still be a great day along the beach heading for 30 degree’s Celsius.
Photo Up-Date; As well as these photos we have from Uluwatu on the baliwaves we also have another bunch of photos on our bodyboard report page. And as an extra shout we also have some new photos from G-Land, and you’ll find those on our G-land report page.
