**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** G’day crew and day 12 of too many waves. I was checking the Outer Reefs with my old friend Wavey Dave Tinson this morning at 6.30am, nothings changed. Wave height it still in the 3-5ft range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. The wind was already fresh off-shore, outta the ESE @ 5-8 knot and an overcast type of sky. Kuta Reef was looking pretty good @ 2-4ft, winding out and then wrapping back into the reef while the tide was coming in. Middle Reef was picking up a lot more swell and I did see some solid 5 footers rolling through. Airport Left was also grinding at 3-4ft and should improve with the incoming tide. The next tide will be 2.5 mtr High @ 10.00am followed by a Low of 0.2 mtrs between 4.00-5.00pm this afternoon. Ok just a quick one for now as I wanna get back down to the beach. You have a good one and Best Regards from Your Bali.
A little while back I mentioned something about baliwaves.com wanting to help out with a charity organisation carring for Balinese Orphans , by finding kind hearted folks to sponsor kids for their basic schooling needs. Well just for now if anyone would like a bit more information please send an email to: [email protected]
Purnie will be able to pass on all the info. It doesn’t cost much to provide a poor little kid with a school uniform, school fee’s and books.
Here’s a quick up-date on the Bali Orphan Project, last week baliwaves.com found sponsors for 3 unfortunate Balinese kiddies. Now if we can only keep the momentum going I know we can do some more, AU$8.00 per month per year for everything needed to put a child in school.
