**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Good morning surfers and thanks for calling by the baliwaves. This morning I had a bit of a luxurious sleep in and didn’t make it down to the beach for a surf recon until 7.30am. Wave height has continued to back off on the Outer Reefs but still plenty of waves in the 2-4ft class in between Kuta Reef and Airpoprt Left. The tide was coming off the bottom of a 0.7mtr Low water and starting it’s run upto a 2.4mtr High set for 1.00pm, then we will get another Low of 0.1mtr just after dark around 7.00pm. Kuta Reef was breaking ok this morning and there were already quite a few surfers out in the 1-3 footers. Middle Reef was looking the best with wave height a more solid 2-4ft, while down at Airport Left wave height was only in the 1-2ft+ class. The wind was coming outta the ENE and off-shore @ 5-10knot and will increase in strength through out the day. Weather wise it was nice and clear earlier but now at 9.00am there’s some nasting looking grey cloud moving across this part of the island. Ok then I’m gunna leave ya’s with it for now while I make the run down to Uluwatu. Make sure ya download the latest Video Clips (videos 1 & 2) because, hopefully I should have a heap more new footage by this afternoon, for another “show and tell” session. Please be patient with Slim if your waiting on an email reply, I will get back to ya ! So have a good one and tune in again later this arvo, if you want a close look at Uluwatu today. Best Regards from the Worlds best Surfing Holiday Destination, Bali.

Here’s a quick up-date on the Bali Orphan Project, last week baliwaves.com found sponsors for 3 unfortunate Balinese kiddies. Now if we can only keep the momentum going I know we can do some more, AU$8.00 per month per year for everything needed to put a child in school.
