**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** G’day to all you reef riders and beach lovers tuning into the baliwaves this morning. Yesterday around sunset time wave height was coming through at a consistent 2-4ft on the Outer Reefs and the start of a new swell arriving. This morning the 12th and at 6.30am wave height in-between Kuta Reef and Airport Lefts is now showing 2-5ft. The tide was too Low for Kuta Reef and Airports but with 2-3ft+ of swell will improve with the incoming tide. Middle Reef was smoking through 4-5ft sets and loving the low tide, only 2 surfers in the water. Wind direction was coming cross-shore outta the North @ 3-6knot at day-break (off-shore at Canggu), but you can count on it swinging around to the off-shore Tradewind position by mid-morning from the ESE. The next tide is going to be a 2.5mtr High around 11.30am with a very dry, reef exposing 0.1mtr Low tide set, for between 5.00-6.00pm. I tell ya’s what it’s all happening over here at the moment, the swells on the rise and the sport fishing scene is going off with big schools of surface feeders everywhere. I’m gunna try and borrow a car and head South to Uluwatu with the 1000mm rig and get ya’s a few snaps of the action, so don’t forget to call back this evening. Anyway, we got another perect day coming up for the Bali Holiday crew. More blue sky and bugger all cloud over Tuban, After a very cool start this morning the mercury should scratch into the low 30’s Celcius. Going in for a surf or swim the water temp is fine @ 22 degree’s Celcius. And not to mention there’s waves breaking all over the West Coast. Now with the US$@Rp9,000 and the Aussie$@Rp6,750 why would ya wanna go anywhere else for a Holiday ? Best Regards from Your Bali.
