**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Hey reef riders, thanks for dropping into the baliwaves today. Like I mentioned in yesterdays report a new swell has indeed turned up on our doorstep this morning. I was doing my 6.30am surf recon of the Outer Reefs located here in Tuban and there were some fine looking waves bending into Kuta Reef in the 2-4ft class. Middle Reef wasn’t looking too bad either at the time, slightly bigger than Kuta Reef but only running for 60 or so yards before closing out. With a fair amount of West in this swell Airport Left was only producing the odd 1-2ft+ wave, but still with good shape. The tide was running up to a 2.4mtr High set for around 10.00am and then will be totally draining out @ 0.1mtr on the Low water, towards 5.00pm. Outside the sky is a bit cloudy and grey at the moment but should clear up as the day gets going. The wind was light on-shore @ 6.30am but has since swung and is now blowing off-shore outta the ESE-SE @ 1-4knot. I’ve got some wheels lined up so I’ll be heading South to Uluwatu to catch the high tide on the Main Peak as soon as I tidy up this report for ya’s. If ya got time ya can take a look at the 25 new photos I loaded into the July surfing gallery until I get back with some new stuff later this afternoon. Alright get ready for the surfing action to start up again here on Bali with a couple more back to back swells happening. Best Regards from the No.1 surfing holiday destination that your eva gunna find !
