**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Howdy folks and thanks for tuning into the baliwaves this windy Wednesday. I was down checking the action on the Outer Reefs at 6.45 this morning and wave height is pretty much the same as it was yesterday, in the 1-3ft range. Middle Reef was showing to be the best option of the big 3, picking up the most of the swell that’s on offer today. Kuta Reef and Airport Left were still a bit small, around waist high plus. The wind was already blowing strong off-shore outta the ESE @ 5-10knot and will more than likely be pushing 20knot by midday. The tide is going to be running out to a 0.9mtr Low, set for 11.00am then followed by a 1.5mtr High water mark @ 5.00pm this afternoon. Weather wise all the girlfriends and wives should be happy with the mainly blue sky we have today and the temperature should reach the 30 degree Celcius mark by early afternooon. The water temp is fine for a swim in boardshorts or bikini’s @ 21 degree’s Celcius, but I do reccomend a wetsuit vest if your going for a surf to keep the wind off. Alright crew I’m heading South down to Uluwatu with the camera gear to get ya’s a fresh batch of what it is. So drop by this evening if you wanna close up view. Anyway, until later I hope ya have a top day out there, cause ya know everyone here in Bali on a surfing holiday will be. Best Regards from You Know Where.
baliwaves.com wants to help out with a charity organisation caring for Balinese Orphans, by finding kind hearted folks to sponsor kids for their basic schooling needs. So drop us an email if you’d like to help out. It doesn’t cost much to provide a poor little kid with a school uniform, school fee’s and books.
Here’s a quick up-date on the Bali Orphan Project, last week baliwaves.com found sponsors for 3 unfortunate Balinese kiddies. Now if we can only keep the momentum going I know we can do some more, AU$8.00 per month per year for everything needed to put a child in school.
