**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** G’Day folks, thanks for stopping by the baliwaves for another run down on surf and weather conditions. Well there’s not too much change from yesterday really, except that maybe wave height has increased by half a foot or so, and that the wind is off-shore. I was down looking at the Outer Reefs @ 6.45am and surfing conditions were pretty good @ 2-4ft between Kuta Reef and Airports. The reef was still partly exposed on Kuta and Airport Left but Middle Reef was handling it nicely @ 2-4ft. There were only two surfers out there having it all to themselves. Kuta Reef and Airports should be ok by now (9.00am) as the tide is already starting to run back in by now. I dare say Uluwatu would be picking up some more size and that’s where the best ones will be ridden. Wind direction was coming lightly outa the ENE and off-shore @ 2-3knot. I just hope it stays in that eastern quadrant and we’ll be doing ok. Perfect beach day with nothing but blue sky upstairs coming on here for the lucky buggers on vacation. I also just thought I’d load ya’s some more photos from down at Uluwatu on the 18th. How’s the sequence of a Temple’s barrel (pics No.4-10). And as soon as I get this loaded I’m finnaly gunna cut the video clips from the same day and get them up for ya’s to, think about. We’ll that’ll do us then for now, good waves at just about all locations along Bali’s West Coast this morning @ 2-4ft+ and off-shore wind. Hold the phone dept: I’ve just had a call from KL who was down at Uluwatu yesterday and reckoned it was absolutely perfect down there, lining right up at 3-5ft. So there ya’s go ! Ok I’ll be back again later on as I might even head down to Ulu later this afternoon for a closer look at the Racetrack as the tide drops back out. See ya then.
