**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Hello friends and welcome aboard for the baliwaves.com daily surf and weather report . Well today is no different from any other so I was down checking surfing conditions on the Outer Reefs at 6.45am . I’m happy to say that the “yo-yo” effect in regards to wave height I’ve been talking about has bounced wave height up a foot or two for us this sunny Sunday. There’s some fun looking waves out there this morning, ranging between 2-3ft+ between Kuta Reef and Airport Left .
The tide was still pretty low at the time but by mid morning with the tide rising there will be waves on all sections of the Outers from Kuta Reef to Airport Right . The wind was coming lightly outta the West @ 1-3knot . On-shore, but surfing conditions were basically clean and glassy . So with that information in the data base I could confidently say you could take your pick of where you want to surf this morning, on either side of the island . I’ll be back again later this afternoon, maybe with another surf up-date but definitely with some new photos from yet another different location.
Weather wise what can I say except that it don’t get no better than what it is out there today. That’s bali for ya, the perfect beach lover’s surfing holiday destination !!!
Swell Prediction : Well I’m thinking over the next coming week we should see slightly more action than what we did over the last 7 day period. But still it’s going to be under the influence of the “yo-yo” effect , up one day and down the next.
