I’ll get my report and photos from the school loaded up for ya’s before the end of the week so everyone who has been involved with the project can see where we are up to. Also the Quicksilver Open finished running today and after reading the Press Release from the Tour Director it sounded like there was some real action happening at Keramas . Ok then here’s what Scott has to say on the situation up at Canggu today .
Today I was hoping to get out and have a surf myself as thats one thing that I have not done since getting back on this magical island. I did do a surf check on the outer reefs this morning and it was not showing to much in the way of size so instead I jumped on the bike and headed up to Canggu to take some photos. I new that it was going to be pretty good up there and I currently can’t transport my board on the bike so you guys get the benefit today. Conditions were picture perfect with nice and glassy 2-3ft waves hitting the three peaks. There was a reasonable crowd but nothing to out of control. A few pros made an appearance Rob Machado and Bede Durbidge and the Mada crew. Of course there was the local brigade blowing up Garut and Made were the standouts today in my opinion. Ok well it was a great day here, sunshine, a little cloud coverand great surf. Me, I’m happy to be back on this beautiful island called Bali . Till next time, Scott.
