Hello gang and welcome back your baliwaves.com for the run down on whats been happening surf and weather wise here on the holiday island of Bali.
And seeing as though I don’t know too many Chinese surfers, I better start the show off with a Happy Australia Day to all our Aussie viewers.
This morning as you can see in these latest photos I took we down on location at Bali’s Premier surfing location namely Uluwatu. Surfing conditions were pretty clean and glassy with wave height in the 2-3ft+ sector. We arrived around 7.30Am and at that time of the day there was only 3 other surers in the water. And by the time we left at 11.00Am there still would have only been 15 riding the Main Peak and another half a dozen further up the reef at Temple’s.
Tide wise today we had a 1.9mtr High @ 11.00Am and then she’ll be running out for a 0.7mtr Low @ 5.00Pm.
Weather wise another great day for the beach lovers with blue sky and sunshine and the mercury reaching 32 degree’s on the Celsius scale.
Ok we’ve got more surfing plans made for tomorrow so expect to see our surf report through the late afternoon. We’ll be heading up to Balian on the far West Coast arriving for a dawn session.
Changing dollars to Rupiah on the streets of Tuban you’ll find that 1AU$=Rp7,150 and 1US$=Rp10,850 give or take 100Rupiah depending on vender.
We still have some original baliwaves.com T-Shirts (AU$15.00) and FREE stickers available for ya’s here in Bali so drop me a line.
