****M ORNING SURF UP-DATE****
G’Day crew and welcome back to your baliwaves.com for another shout of surfing and weather conditions from here on the surfing capital of the World, Bali. And the boys from Hendra Surf Photography have dropped off another batch of photos from down at Uluwatu.
This mornings 6.30AM surf check on the Outer Reefs was only showing wave height to be a weak looking 1-1ft+ between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Maybe it’s Gods way of saying take a rest, get your dings repaired, heal those reef cuts and get ready for the next swell. For those that just have to get in the water regardless of conditions (I remember the feeling) the best places to look for a wave would be down on the southern end of the island at Uluwatu and on the East coast at Nusa Dua while the wind is still light.
Surfing conditions this morning are clean and glassy with no wind present at the moment.
Tidal info for today is saying we’ll have a 2.0mtr High @ 9.00AM and then running out for a 0.5mtr Low around 3.30PM.
Weather wise here in Tuban this morning we have another cloudy / overcast start to the day. And if anything like yesterday we could see a drop or two of rain at some stage of the game.
Swell forecast; Ok so today and tomorrow are not looking too promising for anything special on the wave front. But come late Thursday afternoon / evening we should start to see the signs of our next swell. Wave height should be in the solid 6-8ft+ by Friday through Saturday then starting to ease off on Sunday afternoon. Monday and we’ve still got swell at most locations. Then Tuesday we’ve virtually got the next system riding in on the back of the first and if everything holds together should put wave height back up there in the 6-8ft++ sector.
Diverse Surfboards; Dave from Diverse on Australia’s Gold Coast called me yesterday to tell me that if anyone would like a custom made Diverse delivered to them here in Bali he is currently working on a shipment to be delivered. But you need to contact Dve direct through his banner link on baliwaves.com within the next week to beat the deadline.
For the surfer / fishermen who frequent these pages I have another fishing report along with some new photos ready for ya’s.
If it’s clean safe and friendly accommodation here in Tuban only 300mtrs back from the Outer Reefs, including A/C, hot water, refridgerator & TV for US$15.00 per night (single) or US$18.00 for a couple and US$25.00 twin share. Then drop me an email but usually we do need a few weeks notice.
G-Land we are offering you a 5% discount on all standard packages and 10% on air conditioned packages at the G-Land Surf Camp.

Ok folks have a good one what ever you’ve got on today and we’ll keep you up-to-date if there are any changes.
Best Regards from Bali
