****AFTERNOON SURF UP-DATE****
Hey crew and sorry about the delay in getting todays news on surfing and weather conditions to you but the internet is the internet and ya either got it or ya ain’t. Anyway it’s just another perfect day for surf and sunshine here on the No.1 surfing holiday destination of Bali. And another round of applause for our friends at Hendra Surf Photography down at Uluwatu for todays gallery.
This mornings surf check on the Outer Reefs here in the laid back little suburb of Tuban (south of Kuta) was showing wave height to have a slight boost in size. There were waves coming through on all sections between Kuta Reef and Airport Left in the head to almost double head high class. And to me Middle Reef was looking pretty good, peeling off waves in the head to almost double head high range for a good 40mtrs+.
Surfing conditions again today are a little testy with the ESE – SE Tradewind blowing hard off-shore at 12-16knot.
Tidal info has us down for a 0.7mtr Low @ 9.30am and then filling back in with a 1.8mtr High around the 3.00pm mark.
Weather wise out there today we’ve got more perfect holiday weather, just blue sky and sunshine. Temperature wise the mercury will no doubt bust into the low 30’s by early afternoon.

****MORNING SURF UP-DATE****
G’Day folks and welcome back to your baliwaves for the very latest news on surfing and weather conditions from here on the always friendly little holiday island of Bali.
This mornings surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was showing wave height to be breaking in the waist to head high range and maybe the very occassional slightly bigger set wave between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. There were surfers out an all of the 3 main sections but I’m pretty sure they were struggling to get into the waves. As the ESE-SE Tradewind is already (8.00am) howling off shore at 15 – 20knot. Once again today the best waves are going to be found down on the southern end of the island under the relative protection of the cliffs.
Tidal info for today has us down for a 0.6mtr Low around 8.30am and then running back in for a 2.0mtr High @ 2.00pm.
Weather wise we have a mainly blue sky and heading for a maximum temperature of around 29 – 31 degree’s Celsius along the beach.
Out of my hands department…. Due to our internet or should I say due to no internet connection I can’t load this up-date. Hopefully by tomorrow morning I’ll have it sorted back out so expect a double report on Monday plus a double dose of high quality photos.
