****MORNING SURF UP DATE****
Howdy folks and thanks for taking the time out to stop by and check out the baliwaves (since ’99) for today’s run down on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the best value for surfing holiday dollar destination of Bali.
Kicking off our day with a 6.30AM mandatory surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban. Still pretty small out there at the time but there was a few little waves breaking on Middle Reef in the waist to shoulder high region, with just a smidgen of off shore wind on it, 3 surfers out there.
Our man Ketut has phoned through from on location at Canggu and at 9.30AM surfing conditions at Canggu were perfect with the wind now tending more to the N-NW and the tide on the run in. Wave height was pushing the head to over head range with around 50 surfers spread between the left hand Sandbar and the right hand River mouth. Ketut has the camera equipment so we will have photos from Canggu on line after lunch.
Tidal info for today has a 0.4mtr Low @ 7.30AM and then flooding back in to a 2.4mtr High around the 2.00PM mark.
Weather wise outside right now it’s a pretty well faultless blue sky with temperature currently sitting on 29 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is a balmy 79%. Wind direction is now NW @ 6-8knot. Sunrise was @ 6.23AM and will set @ 6.40PM.
Increasing swell starting to show in the next 6hrs plus or minus (fingers crossed).
