****AFTERNOON SURF UP DATE****
Hi folks and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves again today for the absolute latest on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the real surfers paradise tropical holiday destination of BALI.
Ok so this mornings 7.00AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was showing wave height to have dropped back into the chest to slightly over head waves breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Clean as a whistle surfing conditions with the aid of an early off shore Trade wind. But with the tide just coming off the bottom of the Low. So once again only Middle Reef was an option out there.
We hung around to let a little more tide fill in before hitting the road south down to Balangan. Pulling up to see wave height also in that chest to well over head class and only a dozen surfers scattered through the line up. Balangan is a pretty fast breaking wave but no where near as much power as say Uluwatu. But all the same there some waves were peeling off for up to 200mtrs.
Today’s Bingin Photo Gallery was dropped into us early this morning and shot down at Bingin by our local friends at ESP (Ego Surf Photography).
Today’s G-Land Surf Report thanks to Dave and the good people over at the G-Land Surf Camp was also saying wave height had dropped back into the head to almost double head high range. Shaping up for another big day of surfing from Money Tree’s down to the Launch Pad.
Just contact us here at baliwaves if you would like to try the G-Land experience and get yourself a solid discount off any advertised package at the G-Land Surf Camp.
The next tide here in Bali today is going to be a 0.3mtr Low around 7.00PM.
Weather wise it’s been another mainly sunny day here on the holiday island and right now at 5.30PM the outside temperature is still a warm 26 degree’s Celsius, Humidity level at 74%. Wind direction is coming out of the SE at 10 – 14knot.
Ok crew, stay stoked here with the original Bali surf report (since 1999). I’ve already up loaded another Mentawai Island surf report, straight out of The Real Kandui Surf Resort. Plus, I’ve also just received another very high end 150 odd photos directly out of the G-Land Surf Camp and I’ll get those on line for ya’s ASAP.
