****MIDDAY SURF UP DATE****
Hello surfers and thanks again for taking the time out to drop into the baliwaves.com (Bali’s premier surfing website since 1999) for today’s news on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the only sane choice for your next tropical surfing holiday destination, BALI.
This mornings 7.00AM surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was back to the bare basics with only waist to head high waves breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. With the occasional bigger set wave hitting the Middle section of reef. Even so, one of our guests hit Kuta Reef for a quick early morning paddle and reckoned it was pure fun, head high set waves and only 3 other surfers for his first hour. I guess that does sound like fun. Surfing conditions at the time were clean and glassy with the wind only just detectably out of the NNW.
But with a solid Full Moon (rising tonight) 2.4mtr High pushing it’s way in by late morning it was just about lake city on the Outer Reefs. I also just took a peak at our baliwaves surf cam and it was also showing (or not showing) hardly anything breaking on Impossible’s either.
What I have done for ya’s though is loaded up a couple more surf reports and photos thanks to Davey over at the G-Land Surf Camp on their report page. Plus some solid action photos and surf report from our good friends at the Real Kandui Surf Resort located up in the Mentawai Islands on their report page. So take the time out and check out what’s going on in East Java and up in Sumatra.
The next tide today is going to be a 0.1mtr reef exposing Low tide at 3.56PM
Weather wise it’s another classic day here on the holiday island of Bali. Temperature wise right now at 12.00noon the mercury is sitting on 28 degree’s Celsius, humidity level is at 71%. Get this, wind direction is coming out of the West at 15km’s.
Ok crew we hope your staying stoked here on the baliwaves.com and don’t go wandering too far away as we’ll be back out there with the camera equipment again tomorrow.
Welcome aboard to Surfshop.com who have just signed up on baliwaves.com. So if your looking for something surf related on line make sure you check them out and save some money in the process.
