****AFTERNOON SURF UP DATE****
Howdy folks and thanks again for dropping by the baliwaves.com (Bali’s No.1 surf report since 1999) for the absolute latest news on surfing and weather conditions from all over the Worlds No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok so yesterday there wasn’t enough hours in the day for me so that’s why I only got to throw some photos up at ya’s. If you couldn’t tell, we were down at Bali’s premier surfing location of Uluwatu. And for that matter seeing as though there wasn’t too many waves happening anywhere else, so was everyone else down there. I think I counted, at the peak of the crowd a total of 140 surfers spread out from Temple’s all the way down to the top of the Racetrack.
This morning with a new pulse of swell expected we opted to try and find some good waves but without the way out numbers in the water. So we made a bee line for the East Coast arriving on location to find an empty car park and perfect waves in the chest to well over head division. Surfing conditions at this well know location were, even at 9.00AM still clean and glassy like. Lasting through until well into midday, number of surfers in the water maxed out at 9.
Weather wise today here in Bali it’s been mainly hot and sunny with a few clouds driften past from time to time. At 5.00PM the outside temperature was still sitting on 26 degree’s Celsius with the Humidity on 65%. Wind direction was coming out of the SE at 24km’s.
Today’s G-Land surf report thanks to Davey over at the G-Land Surf Camp came through at 12 noon calling in head to well over head high waves breaking on Kongs. While Money Tree’s down to the Ledge was breaking in the chest to head high class. Surfing conditions, perfect with clean off shore wind on it.
With low numbers in the surf resort and new swell heading our way how does a 15% discount off any advertised G-Land surfing package plus an accommodation up grade sound, you’d have to be seriously considering getting over there, wouldn’t you ! Check out their packages at www.g-landsurfcamp.com and then contact & confirm it with us and the deal is there.
