****AFTERNOON SURF UP DATE****
Hello everyone and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (Bali’s original surf report since 1999) for another weekend full of perfect waves here on the with out a doubt No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of BALI.
Starting off our day with a mandatory surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban to find wave height o have backed off down into the 2-3ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. But all the same there were still some nice waves on Kuta Reef and Airport Left with Middle Reef picking up the bigger sized set waves. There were also plenty of surfers in the water on all 3 of the main sections and quite a few more getting ready to get out there. September is usually a pretty high traffic month here in Bali, and this year is no exception.
This mornings check on our baliwaves.com / Impossible’s surf cam was also showing some nice lines peeling down the reef.
Thanks to our man Ketut Pica for today’s photos gallery, Ketut made the late afternoon low tide Racetrack session at Uluwatu and as you can see there were still a lot of tube rides going down at Bali’s premier surfing location.
Weather wise here in Bali today it was just another hot and sunny day for the lucky ones over here on vacation. Temperature wise the mercury would have easily busted into the low 30’s on the Celsius scale.
Ok tomorrows another day and we’ll be back out there on the wave hunt so make sure you call in again to see what’s happening here in Bali.Hopefully tomorrow will also produce some fresh swell that should turn big and solid through out the day and into Monday. But wait there’s more, looking further out into our swell window it’s looking like we’ll be getting another solid swell around next Friday.
Alright folks have a good one what ever you’ve got on today and if you haven’t got anything happening get down to your local travel agent and get yourself a ticket to the Worlds wave magnet destination of Bali.
