Hello surfers and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves.com (Bali’s best since 1999) for the latest info on today’s surfing and weather conditions from right here on your first choice tropical surfing holiday destination of BALI.
We got off to another semi early start today, no not back up that west coast highway again. But over to Bali’s East coast for a little more un crowded waves at Secrets. Arriving around 7.30AM to find clean off shore wind out of the West and wave height in the chest to well over head class. Crowd wise there were another 3 surfers already in the water. We hung out here for a couple of hours as the wind started to swing a little to the SW. From there we decided to call in to Serangan for an optical and decided on another paddle.
Wave height at Serangan was a touch bigger than Secrets but by the time we arrived there would have been around 40 surfers spread through the line up. But even 40 at Serangan isn’t a big crowd, and by the time we packed up just after lunch time there would have only been 15 or surfers left in the line up.
Ketut and Davey hung out at Keramas this morning for the running of the Oakley World Pro Junior where the ladies heats were blasting away. Ketut is going to edit those photos for us later this evening and I’ll get them on line for us ASAP, so stay stoked here on the original Bali surf report ok.
Today’s G-Land Surf Report thanks to the G-Land Surf Camp was calling in slightly bigger waves over in East Java this morning. Head to well over head high action breaking on Kongs and the top of Money Tree’s. Surfing conditions were a little funky with a light on shore wind and only 5 surfers in the water at 7.30AM.
