Hello surfers and thanks a bunch for stopping by the baliwaves.com (shipping it to the World since 1999) for another day of waves and fine weather from right here on the only place to come and spend your hard earned tropical surfing holiday dollars, BALI.
The crew and I were up early this morning having made our plans late last night to head back up the coast to surf at Canggu. Expecting similar wind as yesterday and a touch more swell and that’s exactly how it played out. As you can see in today’s photo gallery wave height was a consistent 2-3ft with the occasional bigger set wave hitting the sand bar and the river mouth. The left hand reef break was also looking pretty good. Surfing conditions were clean and tide with a light off shore wind that lasted through until just after 8.00AM, and low numbers in the water. The wind remained pretty light but turned more to the West and ever since has been slowly increasing in strength.
The next tide today here in Bali is going to be a 1.8mtr High at 5.54PM. Currently we are pretty close to the middle of the Moon phase so tidal ranges will keep getting smaller over the next few days.
Weather wise here on the holiday island it’s been another classic with loads on blue sky and sunshine. Currently now at 3.15PM the mercury is still sitting on 29C with the humidity on 70%. Wind direction is still coming out of the West at 10-12knot.
Today’s G-Land Surf Report from the G-Land Surf Camp reads “4 footers hitting Kongs to Money Tree’s with a light cross shore wind at 8.20AM. Only 1 surfer in the water riding the Ledge getting some long rides”
