BALI
20th January 2013
Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves ’99 for today’s Sunday session on surfing and weather conditions from here on the always in season tropical surfing holiday destination of BALI.
This mornings 7.30AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was still kinda showing that 2-3ft+size between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. But… with the wind already fresh on shore out of the W-WNW it wasn’t looking to inviting. Nor would to many other spots here on bali’s West Coast.
So it was pretty obvious that we had to get over to the East Coast to find some cleaner surfing conditions. As it shows in today’s 59 strong photo gallery that Ketut snapped the East Coast was the place to be. And to be honest I’d have to say there would have been waves of some shape or size at every location from Nusa Dua to Gianyar.
Weather wise it was a mainly hot and sunny morning with the cloud cover moving in through early afternoon. Now at 6.25PM the outside temp is still on 27 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is on 84%. Wind is now NW at 9-12knot.
Ok thanks again and see ya’s again tomorrow for the start of another surfing week here in Bali.
