Hi folks and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves.com (The original Bali surf report since 1999) for the latest news and best views, for the start of another weekend of waves here on every sane surfers first choice tropical holiday destination of BALI.
Alright still plenty of waves around this morning and our crew choose to head back down to the south western end of the island and back to basics at Balangan. Not a bad call either with clean head to well over head high set waves peeling off the point and only around 12 surfers scattered through the line up at 9.00AM. The wind did vary around through out the morning but surfing conditions were still clean and glassy for the most of it. We packed up at round 3.30PM and it was still breaking nicely only starting to get on the low end of the tide.
Weather wise it was mainly hot and sunny through till mid day with cloud cover moving through early afternoo.
Ok it’s just gone 7.30PM here in Bali and I’m keen for a shower and feed. I’ve also had a photo delivery from our good friends at ESP (Ego Surf Photography) who are always on the scene at Bingin and as soon as I can get a chance I’ll get them on line for ya’s.
