BALI
2nd – 5th March 2013
Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time out to drop into the baliwaves.com (Bali’s original surf report website since 1999).
Ok just to get the show on the road I’ve loaded another surf report from our good friends at the Kandui Surf Resort from up in the Mentawai Islands. Plus for our fussy body boarding friends I’ve even managed to load the Jan / Feb gallery for ya’s.
Ketut has been out on the road with the camera equipment for us the last couple of days, covering the West Coast from Uluwatu all the way up to Canggu. Uluwatu was looking pretty good yesterday and we should be seeing more and more of these days as this years season draws closer.
This morning the the 5th and Ketut has phoned through to tell of miserable conditions along the West Coast this morning in Bali. Wave height on the Outer Reefs was only ranging in the waist to waist high plus sector betwen Kuta Reef and Airport left. No surfers in the water this morning with the wind howling outta the West with gusts up to 30knot plus.
Just for the record I am still down under in Australia as I type recovering from a (surfers) ear operation. Hopefully I’ll get the nod from the Dr in a couple more days on Thursday, I’ll let ya’s know.
