BALI
24th April 2013
Hello surfers and thanks for tuning into the baliwaves.com again today, as per usual we are doing our best to keep you in touch with the happy little holiday island of BALI since 1999.
My morning surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban wasn’t looking to good with fat waves in the 2-3ft range sometimes breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions were clean with a fresh off shore Easterly wind on it.
So with Uluwatu delivering the waves the last couple of days we’d have been mad not to head back there again today. Arriving on location around 8.45AM to still find wave height hitting the Main Peak and Temple sections in the 2-4ft range. As the tide started to run out there was the occassional pulse of bigger set waves, but generally in the chest to over head class. No shortage of takers with the size backing off from yesterday and at one pint in time there were 100 surfers from Temple’s down through the to the top of the Racetrack.
Hopefully we might see another spike in wave height happening for us tomorrow so make sure your tuning into the original Bali surf report.
Weather wise it’s been another hot and sunny day here on the island. Temperature wise right now at 5.15PM the mercury is still sitting on na warm 30 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is low at 66%. Wind direction is still coming straight out of the East at 18kms.
