BALI
22nd July 2013
Hi folks and thanks again for stoppin by the baliwaves.com (keeping you in the loop since 1999) for the latest news and hands down best views on today’s surfing and weather conditions from right here on the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of BALI
Alright then, so you’ve already seen the today’s photos and I all I reall need to say is that the East Coast had some more great little fun sized waves happening. We almost didn’t go East, early this morning here in Tuban the wind was already pretty strong outta the SSE – SE but there was some solid cloud cover over us so I played my hunch. Arriving around 8.00AM to find clean as a whistle glassy waves in the 2-3ft+ class and only a handfull of other surfers in the water. So we hung out while my crew had two sessions before the SE Tradewind eventually kicked in with gusto around 11.45AM.
This mornings G-Land Surf Report came through at 9.00AM calling wave height to have improved some and currently hitting the Ledge and Money Tree sections in the head to well over head class. Clean off shore wind and 15 surfers in the line up at the time.
So if anyone is interested in going over to the legendary left hand wave, G-LAND of East Java contact me and baliwaves.com will hook ya’s up with a solid 10% discount.
Weather wise it was another shocker for Bali in late July. Cloudy and grey with a few showers thrown in. The sky has cleared up some now so who knows whats in store for us tomorrow.

Ok surfers I’m getting outta here, but hey tune into the original Bali surf report again tomorrow cause we’ll be back out there on the wave hunt.
Hey and don’t forget the RipCurl Padang Padang Cup (main event) is still on when it’s on with still plenty of waiting period time left on the clock. So hopefully we’ll get the swell and the contest will run. We’ll keep you in the loop with any news of the event.
NB: Petrol price has finally been increased here in Indonesia with a 40% hike so you can expect prices right across the board to follow suit. Being a small island everything we need comes here by truck. I would expect our beloved Bintang beer to be the first to be jacked.
