BALI
6th November 2013
Hello again everyone and thanks again for stopping by your baliwaves for today’s news on surfing and weather conditions from here on our favorite tropical surfing island of Bali.
Ok so well if you have already read my morning’s twitter and instagram up dates you’d pretty well already have a good idea of what’s been going down.
Our first surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was only showing wave height in the 1-2ft range, breaking between Kuta reef and Airport Left. But that was just after the tide started to run back in off the low. Surfing conditions were glassy-ish with the wind only light out of the north.
So with limited swell happening the only place to head for is Uluwatu down on the southern end of the island. Arriving to see some clean 2-4 footer breaking from the Main Peak to to the top of the Track. But around 10.00AM the wind dedicated more to the south and slowly increased in strength. Crowd wise there was a steady 65 – 75 surfers spread over the entire 2 sections of Uluwatu.
Weather wise, hot and steamy with the (hopefully) chance of a late night or early morning shower.
Ok crew we’ll be out there again tomorrow looking for a different location. So stay tuned into the original Bali surf report website, baliwaves.com
