BALI
10th January 2014
Hi folks and welcome back to your baliwaves (keeping you in touch with Bali since 1999) for the latest news and best vies on today’s surfing and weather conditions from here on the always “in season” tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
This mornings 7.00AM surf check on the Outer Reefs wasn’t looking real encouraging. Wave height had picked up and showing 3-4 footers between Kuta reef and Airports. Unfortunately the wind was already up and coming fresh on shore out of the WSW.
So as it shows in today’s photo gallery we just cruised back over to the East Coast, hoping to find some more swell there as well. But the wind was also blowing cross on shore there as well. Wave height was breaking in the 2-3ft class with 24 surfers in the water at dead low tide (0.7)
Weather wise it was another really hot and sunny morning with the cloud starting to fill in from early afternoon.
The next tide today will be a 2.0mtr High at 6.00PM
Ok then friends of Bali have a good one and drop by over the weekend cause I’m sure we’ll have some more photos for ya’s.
