BALI
29th January 2014
Hi folks and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves.com (keeping you in the loop since 1999) for today’s news and views on surfing and weather conditions from here on your first choice tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
This mornings 6.45AM surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban wasn’t looking real crash hot with only 1-2ft waves between Kuta reef and Airport Left. Being pretty much blown out from the straight on shore Westerly wind.
Our Keramas surf report came through at 8.00AM calling wave height once again only breaking in the 1-2ft range as it has been for the last week. Clean and glassy surfing conditions at the time with 18 surfers in the water on the main break.
As it shows in today’s photo gallery Ketut went for a cruize down to the southern end of the island and snapped off a few shots. Wave height was ranging from 1-4ft with a mixture of different surfing conditions.
Hopefully by sometime tomorrow afternoon we’ll see some bigger waves hitting the reefs here in Bali so make sure you stay tuned to the original Bali surf report (’99).
Weather wise today here on the holiday island it was just another hot and sunny day.
