Just before I was having a brouse and I was just a bit shocked / amused at how many other new websites are now using the “baliwaves” in their website name. But you guys and gals know right, that there is only one baliwaves.com
Ok so this mornings 6.45AM surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was showing wave height in the 2-3ft range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. The tide was just coming off the top of the high and Airport Left was looking the best. Wind direction was coming lightly out of the NNE at the time.
From there we took a run up the West Coast to Canggu to see if there was any action happening. And as you can see in today’s photo gallery wave height was also in the 2-3ft trange with the off 4ft freak set waves. Surfing conditions were clean and tidy with the NNE’r and it wasn’t until around 10.00AM that the wind started to shift to the West. Crowd wise it was unusally quite at Canggu with only 15 riders on the right hander and 10 or so on the left hand sand bar.
Today’s G-Land surf report thanks to our friends at Joyo’s G-Land Surf Camp was calling in wave height this morning in the 4-6ft class with clean and semi off shore conditions at the time.

Weather wise outside here in Tuban it’s been a mainly hot and sunny day and right now at 2.45PM the temperature is sitting on 30 degree’s Celsius, Humidity on 72%. Wind direction is now more from the South West at 10knot.
The next tide today will be a 1.8mtr High at 4.30PM
With the Aussie school holidays on at the moment there was no shortage grommets. It wasn’t hard either to figure out it was school holiday time in Oz with all the fireworks going off along the beach every night. I just hope you guys are picking up your mess afterwards..
