Hello surfers and thanks for stoppin by the baliwaves (delivering the goods to you since 1999) for the latest news and best views on today’s surfing and weather conditions from the place we’d all rather be, Bali.
Ok so this mornings 6.45Am surf check on the Outer Reefs was showing wave height in the 1-2ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions at the time were clean enough with the wind only light outta the NE. Airport left looking the best for the morning paddle.
We were hoping to find a little bit more size over on the East Coast, but as it shows in today’s photo gallery it too was also only breaking in the 2ft class with a couple of freaky head high sets thrown in. Surfing conditions were clean enough through until the wind swung more to the South around late morning. No shortage of surfers either for what there was available.
Weather wise it was hot and humid on the black sand beach with the midday temperature easily busting into the low 30’s on the Celsius scale.
Ok this is me for now seeing as though it’s Saturday night (there’s an excuse for everything here on the holiday island) But we’ll be back out there again tomorrow looking for some clean waves. So stay tuned right here to the one and only baliwaves.
Oh just wondering what happened to the responsible in-flight service from the flight attendents on yesterdays drunken debacle here at Ngurah Rai International.
