BALI
12th – 13th August 2014
Hi everyone and welcome back to the baliwaves (bringing you a little bit of Bali since 1999) for the latest news and best views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the place where we’d rather be, Bali.
Ok just a quickie this morning cause we gotta get out there and get some more waves. But yesterday our first surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was still showing wave height up there in the 3-5ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions couldn’t have been any better with the off shore SE Trade wind already gearing up.
But as it shows in today’s 47 strong photo gallery we were down on the bukit at Balangan. With wind, tide and swell direction all lining up perfectly to produce perfect waves. And I do mean perfect Balangan peeling off for a couple of hundred yards with way makable tube rides for the 20 or so surfers in the line up.
Weather wise that couldn’t have been much better either with loads of sunshine and blue sky.
Ok that’s us for now but I’ve also loaded ya’s up another G-land photo gallery thanks to our friends over at Joyo’s G-land Surf Camp so look for those beauties in our “G-Land report page”.
Real Estate, we also have a new listing on the baliwaves for a small surf camp over in the Phillipines over looking un crowded perfect waves so if this is what your looking for check it out here https://www.baliwaves.com/for-sale/
