BALI
23rd October 2014
Hello everyone and welcome back to your baliwaves.com (the one and only original Bali surf report website, since 1999) for today’s news and best views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination called Bali.
What we have for you today is a little treat from our good mates at EGO SURF PHOTOGRAPHY who have dropped us off another sweet collection of photos that they have shot over the last 2-3 days. And of course feature the always mechanically perfect waves of Bingin.
But today the 23rd and when we went down for our 6.30AM surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban we were not surprised to see an as expected drop in wave height. With the tide still running in and the wind clean off shore there were only some micro 1-2 footers breaking on Kuta Reef and Airport Left. with maybe a slightly bigger freak set hitting Middle Reef.
Hopefully by midday tomorrow we should see a little bit of an improvement in wave height, so stay tuned.
Weather wise outside today it hasn’t been to bad so far with a mostly blue sky and just some light and high up cloud. Earlier this morning the wind was light out of the E – NE, but now at 12.00 noon it’s kinda coming lightly out of the W-SW. Temperature wise its a warm 30 degree’s Celsius with the Humidity at 86%.
