BALI
21st October 2014
Hello folks and thanks big time for dropping into the baliwaves.com (cranking out the photos and surf reports since 1999) for the latest news and hard to beat views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the friendliest little tropical holiday island in Indonesia, Bali.
Ok so here’s another massive 69 strong photo gallery from where we ended up this morning. Last night we were talking over hitting this break today but it was a touch and go call this morning with the wind already up out of the East from the crack of dawn. But anyway we stuck with our plan (for once) and ended up doing alright. As it shows wave height was in the 2-3ft with a few over head 4ft freaky’s thrown into the mix. Crowd wise wasn’t too bad either which was another good thing. The local boys were slaying as it as usual with Hendiks, Ratif, Blacky, Blerong & Corox standing out.
Weather wise it was hot and sunny and that was about it, temperature wise it had to be busting into the low 30’s on the Celsius scale.
More waves again tomorrow and we’ll be back out there again chasin em, so stay tuned to the original and only baliwaves surf report (’99).
Just a quick sorry boys and girls as we are just about to crank up the BBQ and throw on some fish and king prawns. By that time the Bintangs should be just the right temperature, feel free to drop in.
