Bali
15th May 2015
Hi folks and thanks again for taking the time out to breeze through the baliwaves (keeping you amped up for your next Bali / Indo surf trips since back in 1999). For the latest news and our best views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the happy little tropical surfing holiday island that has surf for all levels, Bali.
Ok so today’s photo gallery was captured here on Bali’s West Coast at Canggu yesterday. The waves and surfing conditions were pretty good for the first couple of hours while we were on the scene. By around 10.30AM it started to get a bit busy on the right hander and the SE Tradewind also started to pick up blowing cross shore.
This mornings 6.45am surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was only breaking in 1-2ft+ sector between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions were clean and tidy with the wind still only light out of the NE.
So the boys and I took a run down to Bali’s Premier surfing location of Uluwatu. seeing as that is where we’d be finding the best sized waves. Arriving down at Ulu to find even here that wave height was still only in the waist to head high class with a few over head freak sets through out the morning. I did shoot another tonne of photos today and we’ll get them edited and loaded for ya’s ASAP. Wave height seemed to back off on the lower end of the tide after lunch so we are hoping we’ll still be getting some more waves again tomorrow
Weather wise more of that blue sky and sunshinewith off shore wind blowing all day here on the West Coast.
