Hello everyone and cheers for dropping into the baliwaves (delivering the goods to you since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the place we’d all rather be, Bali.

Ok here we go again with another bitchin 75+ photo gallery that we shot down at Indonesia’s premier surfing location by the name of Uluwatu. We made the scene this morning around 6.45AM to find wave height hitting the Main Peak and Temple sections in the 3-5ft+ class. Surfing conditions were smooth as silk with the wind already blowing off shore outta the East and the tide just starting to run out. But we were not the only ones who got up early this morning as there were already around 20 surfers on the Peak and another 20 on Temple’s. I’d also have to say Temple’s was lining up super clean and some lucky bastards were scoring some filthy barrels.

We hung out till midday and as the tide started to flood out the Race track section was also starting to produce some fast and hollow sections and would have been on when the tide hit low.

I’d also like to give the boys at Uluwatu Boardriders Club a big fat THANK YOU for the plaque and she’ll soon be mounted on the wall here at home. Looking forward to the next contest yeeeew !

Weather wise it was a mainly hot and sunny day here on the “island of the God’s” with a few scattered patches of cloud drifting through. Temperature wise the mercury would have peaked around the 29 – 30 degree’s Celsius by midday and the wind has been blowing off shore all day long.

I also snuck a photo of some highly respected surfers I was hanging out with last Friday night down at Uluwatu. What a great night and great to be a part of it with Peter McCabe, Ketut Menda, Made Switra, Dawso & Bangers to name a few.
