BALI / INDONESIA
20th – 21st July 2015
Hello everyone and thanks again for stoppin gby the baliwaves (the original Bali surf report website since back in 1999) for the latest news and best views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the place we’d all rather be, Bali.
Ok so here’s another 58 photos that Ketut smashed down at Indonesia’s premier surfing location of Uluwatu. Ketut was on the scene for 2-3hrs while the tide was running in and the main focus was the Main Peak. Ketut was calling around 60 surfers spread from the Peak down through to the top of the Racetrack and another 30 or so sitting up at Temple’s. Nice waves great conditions and plenty of tube time was clocked up by the better surfers.
Weather wise down on the bukit there was a lot of cloud passing through but all in all just another typically hot day here on the holiday island.
Today the 21st and right now at 6.45AM we have a mostly clear blue sky outside and the sun just starting to brighten up the sky here on the West Coast of Bali. I’m just about to head down for a surf check right now on the Outer Reefs and from there make the call where we will be surfing at this morning.
The next tide today in Bali will be a 2.1mtr High at 2.30PM
Ok peeps have a good one and keep an eye on our Twitter and Instagram feeds through out the day for more up dates and news. I also hope the chaotic traffic that has spawned from the big island will start to thin out soon. I feel sorry for anyone just touching down in Bali and their first impression to be stuck in grid locked traffic..
