BALI / INDONESIA
27th – 28th August 2015
Hello surfers and thanks again for dropping into the baliwaves (keeping you fired up for your next Indo surf mission since back in 19990 for our latest news and the best views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the tropical surfing holiday destination that’s got something for everyone, Bali.
Ok so as it shows in today’s 70+ photo gallery we were up early yesterday and surfing back over on the East Coast of Bali. Surfing the East Coast at this time of the year and you really do have to take the early approach cause we never really know when the SE Trade wind is going to kick and blow everything out. We were lucky and on arival wave height was looking a consistent 2-4ft with a light off shore wind on it. Crowd wise I think it got to around 20 surfers at one point, but still there were people dropping in. Surfing conditions stayed pretty clean until the tide started dropping out towards middy.
Weather wise it was mainly hot and sunny over on the black sand beach of Keramas.
This morning the 28th and right now it’s just gone 4.30AM and almost time to take off on today’s surf / fun mission. So keep an eye on our Twitter and Instagram feeds through out the morning to see what we are into today.
I’ve also loaded a few photos from our friends at ESP (Ego Surf Photography) taken at the mechanical Bingin, see below.
We’ve also been given a new water proof HD camera the X PRO 1 from TecTecTec to test out. So stay tuned for our new “product review” that’ll be on baliwaves very soon. This HD all sports action camera comes complete with all attachments for helmets, surfboards bikes etc etc plus the water housing for a measly Rp1,500,000. (AU$150.) now everyone can afford a mountable water proof HD camera, contact us now to get yours.
