Hi surfers and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (The original Bali surf report website since all the way back in 1999) for the latest news and the best possible views available on surfing and weather conditions from here on your favorite tropical surfing holiday destination on Bali.
Ok so as it shows in our latest photo gallery after we finished up here at home we slowly made our way over to the East Coast to hopefully find a wave or two. Arriving at Warung Cetu just around 9.00AM just as the tide was starting to push back in to find wave height was still only in that waist to chest high class. I think all morning there were only a few waves that hit head high. But even though it was still small it was looking too good to be true with only 5 surfers in the water. But not too be bahahaha, they must have a chalk board in the hotel making the call on best time to hit it maybe. I don’t know, but that’s how it seemed when 15 – 20 surfers started heading for the channel all around the same time. Surfing conditions were clean and glassy through until 9.45AM when the wind started to shift to the SW
Weather wise it was mostly just hot and sunny on the black sand beach of Keramas. I think the only time there were clouds was every time a set wave came through.
Alright that’s about all I got for ya’s at the moment but we are going to be back on the road again tomorrow and fingers crossed we are going to be seeing some fresh swell out there.
Aussie champ Mick Fanning would have to have the strongest set of shoulders to get himself through all what he has been through, condolences to you and your family mate.
