Hi folks and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (the original Bali surf report since back in 1999) to see what’s been happening surf and weather wise over on your first choice tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
Ok so as you guessed it Slim is still over helping Mum celebrate her 80th birthday and it will be a few more days yet. But Ketut has kept the photos flowing and here is a 100 or so that has shot mainly along Bali’s West Coast and maybe even a few from down on the East Coast.
And as it shows in this new gallery wave height has only been ranging from 1-3ft at most locations. Canggu seems to have been the popular choice and I guess it always is when there’s head high waves on the sand bar and river mouth sections.
Ketut has been calling mostly clear and sunny on the weather front with some cloud drifting through. Early morning Light ENE – NW variable wind.
This morning the 7th Ketut has sent through a report from Keramas calling wave height in the 2-3ft range. Surfing conditions are still ok with the wind on shore out of the SW. 10 surfers were in the water at 7.00AM. He also said that there wasn’t a lot happening on the Outer Reefs of Tuban this morning with er with only 1-2ft waves and light on shore wind.
