Hello surfers and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (Bali’s leading surf website since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views from all the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Alright friends here’s 50+ photos from where we were today over on the East side of the island. We arrived on the scene just as the tide had turned and was starting to run back in. Wave height as it shows was mainly in the 1-3ft class with a few bigger set waves towards the top of the tide. Surfing conditions were clean and glassy until the wind swung more to the SW around late morning. Crowd wise there were only 5 other surfers in the water for the first hour then filling in with maybe 20 surfers by 9.45AM.
Weather wise it was hot as, but when the wind direction changed the big black clouds started to roll in. By the time we got to Sanur there would have been 2ft of water on the North bound lane and flooded. Back home in Tuban on the West side the roads were still dry, no rain here yet. Right now at 4.20PM the mercury is on 33 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is at 76%. Wind direction is WSW at 12knot.
Ok that’s just about me this afternoon it’s just about that time of the day (Friday arvo) to head down to the beach with our crew for a couple of cold sunset bintangs. But makes sure you stay tuned to the original Bali surf report website cause we’ll be bringing it to ya’s all weekend long.
I hear there has been some severe travel warnings for Bali of late this usually happens every year around the time of the year when Aussies start planning their winter get away to Bali. I’ve heard warnings on just about everything from terrorist alerts, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, mud slides, spiked drinks, theft, corruption. If anyone wants somewhere safe, surf orientated and quite to stay here in Bali just contact me.
