BALI / INDONESIA
11th March 2016
Hello people and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (The original Bali surf eport website since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best views on surfing and weather conditions from your first choice tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok so here we go with another 80+ strong photo gallery that we shot yesterday over on Bali’s East Coast. I haven’t loaded the photos in any order, just in the order they were shot (due to time factor this morning) As it shows it was cranking over on the East side with wave height in the solid 3-4ft class and even a few double head high bomb sets. Surfing conditions were clean as silk through until around 10.00AM when the wind shifted and dedicated to the South. Crowd wise it peaked at 20 surfers with an average of 16 in the water.
Weather wise it was hot as over on the black sand beach with afternoon showers.
This morning the 11th and right now at 6.30AM we have a mostly clear sky from what I can see with no wind present as yet. The tide has just come off the bottom and heading for another huge 2.6mtr High just after 11.30AM. We are just getting ready to go get some more waves and hopefully there should still be some out there for us again. So stay tuned to the one and only baliwaves for more updates through out the day via Twitter, Instagram and Periscope.
Plus we also have another short story from our chief yarn teller Mr Col Decosta to load up, Plusssss a little something from our friends surf camp up in South Sumatra to show you as well. All the more reason to stick around and take a good look through the baliwaves, it’s massive !
