BALI / INDONESIA
29th – 30th March 2016
Hey surfers thanks for dropping by the baliwaves (keeping you in the loop with surfing and weather conditions from right here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Alrighty then yesterday we took a quick run up the coast a little ways to see what was happening at Canggu. Pulling into the car park literally as the wind switched from NNW to West and on shore. I guess even though the wind was on shore there were still some fun waves to be had (as it shows in the photos we shot) on all 3 of the main breaks in the area. The river mouth was the most consistent but with a good number of surfers all over it.
Today the 30th and our 7.00AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was showing a few waves breaking on Middle Reef in the waist to shoulder high region. At the time the tide was just on the bottom of the Low, so there should be a couple of fun little waves on Kuta Reef and Airport Left later this morning.
Ketut has grabbed the camera equipment this morning and given me a break so we should get an up date from the lad anytime soon letting us know where he is. So stay tuned to the original Bali surf report ok.
Weather wise outside this morning it’s pretty much just blue sky with the temperature already o0n 30 degree’s Celsius at 9.00AM, Humidity level is on 73%. Wind direction was out of the North early this morning but now swinging lightly to the WNW.
Looks like we have got some swell in transit to us here in Bali to help us glide into April
The next tide today here in Bali will be a 2.1mtr High around 1.30PM
